Therapy is for everybody

If you’ve ever felt stressed, anxious, sad, or overwhelmed by issues at work or in relationships - therapy can help with all of that.

Therapists are experts on how to process thoughts and emotions. They help people learn to manage stress and have healthier relationships. It’s also completely confidential -- nothing you share with your therapist will leave the room, and your therapist won’t judge you for what you share.

Here are some things that happen in therapy:

  • You talk about your emotions, an event that happened, something you’re struggling with or something you’re happy about. In therapy, you can talk about anything you want, meetings with your therapists are for good days and bad.
  • A therapist will help you understand and manage your feelings. You’ll learn how to stop thinking negatively or how to let go of thoughts not serving you.
  • You’ll build confidence and feel better about yourself.
  • You’ll set goals and work towards them alongside your therapist. You will decide on goals together.
  • You’ll learn skills that will help you manage your mental health even after therapy is finished. You’ll know how to access help when you need it.
