Seeking support from a therapist does not take away from your faith

  • You get to seek support from a professional AND pray about it. Just like you may pray about a health issue you’re experiencing and see a doctor. 
  • It doesn’t mean you’re less spiritual or pushing your faith to the side.
  • Therapy provides a safe place to process anything you’re going through one-on-one with a professional. A good therapist will not make you compromise on your values or beliefs. You can even find a faith-based therapist to work with.
